Sweetwater Bungalows Warranty

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Sweetwater Bungalows warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product that should the product or any part thereof be proven defective in material or workmanship within the 365 days from the date of original purchase, such defects will be replaced without charge for parts. This warranty does not apply to any incidental or consequential damages.

To obtain replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product should be delivered, shipping charges prepaid (then reimbursed), to Sweetwater Bungalows, along with proof of date of purchase. Call 1-800-587-5054 to obtain information regarding the procedure for proper return of your product. This warranty is valid in the U.S.A. and Canada only.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCT OR PART THEREOF WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED THROUGH ALTERATION, MISHANDLING, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ACCIDENT. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND NO PERSONS OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR THE COMPANY (SWEETWATER BUNGALOWS) ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LAST OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

NON-WARRANTY SERVICE

If non-warranty service is required, the product may be sent to Sweetwater Bungalows for repair / replacement, shipping prepaid, by calling 1-800-587-5054 for details, complete instructions, and service fee charges.
